Submit your best photography showcasing the landscapes, waterscapes, or scenic flora and fauna indigenous to Arkansas. Top images from this competition will be exhibited at venues around Northwest Arkansas including Hobbs State Park, and the J.B. and Johnelle Hunt Family Ozark Highlands Nature Center.
All images must be made in the Ozark Mountain Region of unrestricted nature. Images of pets, captive animals and cultivated plants are not permitted. All images must show respect for the subject and the environment.
Participants are asked to enter images through the PSNWA website on the 2021 Ozarks Nature Photography Exhibit submission page.

PRIZE: $100 Bedford Camera and Video gift certificate. Top 12 images will be included in the Exhibit Presentation.
This print competition is open to members of PSNWA and juried by a panel of three PSNWA members. Submitted images should be deemed acceptable for public display for all ages. Photographs will be judged on Impact, Subject Matter / Creativity, Composition, and Technical Quality. Members with winning images will be notified to have the a high resolution JPG file suitable for 16×20 printing uploaded to the PSNWA online Smugmug account for printing by Bedford Camera & Video.
Photos not meeting any of the following criteria or with incomplete information will be disqualified.
- Images should be in an 8 x 10 format (suggested 2000×2500 or 2500×2000 pixels)
- No borders.
- No name, watermark, or additional text on the photograph.
- Images should have been taken within the last year prior to the deadline date.
- Images must be suitable for framing in a standard 16×20 ratio.
PSNWA nor Bedford’s Camera and Video will be responsible for damaged or misplaced photographs or files. Images may be displayed at participating sponsors around Northwest Arkansas post competition in a 16×20 format and published online or in print by PSNWA. Exhibit Photographs will not be returned. There is a gallery limit of two winning images per member that will be displayed in the gallery. The top two scored images will be used to determine the images displayed if a member has multiple images ranked in the gallery range.
