The Eclipse traversed the USA starting around Seattle Washington with a shadow past leaving the continual states around Columbia South Carolina and casting a total eclipse near Marshall Missouri. To photograph the eclipse a special filter is needed to block out the majority of the still bright sunlight leading up to and after total eclipse.
