Help-Portrait is a global movement of photographers using their time, tools, and expertise to give back to those in need. Volunteer to be a greeter, photographer, or one of the all-important image editors.

Editing at Help PortraitEach Spring, photographers assist students unable to afford a professional senior session to receive free portraits with select images printed by sponsor Bedford Camera and Video. We plan to have up to 20 senior high school portrait sittings during the day. Your help is needed!

For over 15 years, Shilo Museum, Bedford Camera & Video, and dedicated volunteers have partnered with local nonprofits to offer free portraits, including prints and digital images, to those in need.

Help-Portrait NWA Needs Your Help
Greeters – welcome families and guide students through the process, from meeting the photographers to visiting the editors and assisting with questions.
Photo Editors – play a crucial role by preparing the images captured by the photographers. They finalize the images before providing a USB stick with the files, which can then be taken to Bedford Camera & Video for complimentary printing.
Photographers – capture portraits that provide friends and family a lifetime of memories.
Photographers assistants – assist with posing students to ensure the best shots.
Supporter – even if you cant be there in person, you can help by donating to Help-Portrait NWA to make a positive impact on the lives of those in our community.
