AR Hot Air Balloon State Championships

Come join fellow PSNWA members for an evening at the Arkansas Hot Air Ballon State Championships in Harrison, AR.

Lots of events will be going that Friday starting at 4pm when the gates open.  About 6:30 p.m. we will gather and go over a few techniques and then head to setup for the evening glow between 7-8/9 p.m.  Sunset is at 7:36 p.m. this evening so depending on the weather we can hopefully get some neat shots.  Of course this is weather dependent.  It’s an all day event on Saturday but the evening glow will be at a similar time would weather prohibit the glow on Friday..

Come over and stay the weekend in Harrison especially if you want to see the balloons fly.  The best time and place to view the hot air balloons flying is on Saturday and Sunday mornings from approximately 7:00 am – approximately 9:00 am at the First Baptist Church located at 1400 S. Pine St
