PSNWA members are invited to participate in the 2022 Long Exposure Competition for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate from Bedford Camera & Video and give exposure to your photography. Top images from this competition will be exhibited at venues around Northwest Arkansas.

Exhibit Competition Rules
This competition is open to members of PSNWA and juried by a panel of three PSNWA members. Submitted images should be deemed acceptable for public display for all ages. Photographs will be judged on Impact, Subject Matter / Creativity, Composition, and Technical Quality. Up to 3 prints can be submitted. Members with winning images will be notified to have a high-resolution JPG file suitable for 16×20 printing uploaded to the PSNWA online Smugmug account for printing by Bedford Camera & Video.
Images not meeting any of the following criteria or with incomplete information may be disqualified.
- Images submitted for judging are suggested to be 2000×2500 or 2500×2000 pixels
- No borders.
- No name, watermark, or additional text on the photograph.
- Images should have been taken within the last year prior to the deadline date.
- Images must be suitable for framing in a standard 16×20 frame. Winners will be contacted after the competition to submit larger-resolution images for printing.
Top images may be displayed at participating sponsors around Northwest Arkansas post-competition and published online or in print by PSNWA. There is a gallery limit of two winning images per member that will be displayed in the gallery. The top two scored images will be used to determine the images displayed if a member has multiple images ranked in the gallery range. Photographers with top images will be provided a link post judging for submitting high-resolution images suitable for printing and framing. Images not capable of framing in the standard 16×20 exhibit frames, or files not of a high enough resolution for printing may forfeit exhibit inclusion at the discretion of the Competition or Exhibit Chairpersons.
